Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello (born April 18 1967) is an American actress producer, writer, and actress. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were just some of her film roles. Bello was a star in the world of television as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama ER (1997-1998), along with other prominent roles, like Michelle McBride in the first season (2016) of Goliath, and Jacqueline Sloane in the first season of Goliath, a Special Agent on NCIS from 2017 to 2021. Bello was born on April 18, 1967 in Norristown Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Kathy Bello, a nurse at school and teacher, and Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She was raised in a middle-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. 7] At Villanova University, she majored in politics. Bello learned to act in several New York theater productions following her graduation. Bello, along with Dan McDermott is the proud mother of Jackson. She wrote in November 2013 about her similar-sex relationship with Clare Munn, and how it ended. She published a book called Whatever...Love Is Loving: Examining the Labels We Give to Ourselves (Dey Street Books, April 28, 2015).
